San Luis Care Center
Surrounded by majestic Colorado Mountains, San Luis Care Center is situated in the world's largest alpine valley, the San Luis Valley. The nation's tallest sand dunes which rise over 700 feet, The Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve are nestled just to the Northeast. San Luis Care Center is located in Alamosa, where once Ute Indians camped and traded along the Rio Grande River. The area boasts of an ample variety of activities of which our seniors enjoy actively and passively - historic train rides, fishing, hot springs, reparatory theatre, mountain hiking and biking, and gambling. The nursing home facility provides inpatient rehabilitation and separate assisted living for seniors, as well as the highest levels of elderly care.
