Employment – Admin-in-training

Life Care Centers of America’s Executive Directors lead more than 225 locations in 28 states. They oversee the provision of skilled nursing care and in- and outpatient rehabilitation services and foster team-oriented and mission-driven environments. These administrators make sure the day-to-day and long-term plans of operations are running smoothly.

If becoming a health care administrator in the field of long-term and rehabilitative care interests you, the Administrator-in-Training program may be for you. The AIT program provides 24 months of training so that candidates gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a licensed nursing home administrator. It prepares candidates to manage a long-term care facility; they learn the ins and outs of each department within a long-term care setting and receive mentorship from experienced leaders in the industry.
