Located in central Florida, Life Care Center of Altamonte Springs specializes in post-acute, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation services are provided by a team of clinicians, including two medical directors, a nurse practitioner, and licensed occupational, physical and speech therapists. Care is provided to residents who may require short-term rehabilitation following a hospital stay, as well as hospice, respite or long-term health care.
